We are seeking an experienced Head Screen Printer to lead our production team and ensure the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and craftsmanship. If you have a passion for screen printing, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to excellence, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Operate and oversee automatic and manual screen printing equipment.
- Lead and train printing staff to maintain production goals and quality standards.
- Set up jobs, register artwork, mix inks, and troubleshoot printing issues.
- Ensure consistency in color matching and print quality.
- Monitor workflow and production schedules to meet deadlines.
- Maintain equipment and perform routine preventative maintenance.
- Enforce workplace safety procedures and maintain a clean production environment.
- Collaborate with management and the art department to optimize production processes.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of screen printing experience, preferably in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of automatic and manual printing presses.
- Experience with ink mixing, color matching, and screen setup.
- Ability to manage multiple jobs in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
