Program Manager - Family Empowerment Program - Lawrence County, PA

The Program Manager for the Lawrence County Family Empowerment Program provides strategic and daily oversight to a continuum of community-based services, including Family Wellness, Family Group Decision Making (FGDM), and Family Preservation. This role involves supervising 3-8 staff and interns, ensuring fidelity to service descriptions and RFP expectations, managing data and reports, engaging in collaborative work with child welfare, court systems, schools, daycares, and other community stakeholders. The Program Manager will also provide direct family services as needed.
