Please join us for a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony celebrating Quality Life Services – New Castle Memory Care on Thursday, February 19th at 4:00 PM, located at 520 Friendship Street, New Castle.

The celebration will take place during an open house from 3:00–5:00 PM, featuring guided tours, refreshments, and the opportunity to meet the leadership team. Ribbon cutting at 4 PM.
