  A strategic deep dive into high-match local and regional grant opportunities specifically tailored to Western PA organizations and businesses. Includes light morning refreshments.

• Part 2: The Good, the Bad & the Narrative (11:00 AM – 1:30 PM)

  An interactive critique of real-world winning and rejected grant applications. You’ll walk away having drafted core narrative elements (need statement, impact metrics, logic model) on the spot. Includes a catered lunch.
