New Castle's newest spot is now open at 101 N Mill (right across from the New Castle Library) St, bringing together two ventures under one roof: Juiced at The Soul Cafe, fresh juices and herbal teas crafted by Cheranda, and The Soul Cafe's own teas, crafted by certified herbalist Shawn.
