Ministry Purpose: In accordance with Ephesians 4:11-12, Philippians 2:4 and Titus 2:7-8, the Guest Advisor - Crossroads/Outreach manages, coordinates, and assists in procuring services for men in Crossroads Shelter Program to facilitate growth and development in accordance with case management. The Guest Advisor - Crossroads/Outreach shall maintain the shelter cleanliness and monitor behavior of the guests.
