We're looking for motivated, outgoing individuals to join our team and grow into a Project Manager role serving customers across Western Pennsylvania.

What You'll Do:

• Knock doors and connect with homeowners in assigned territories.
• Introduce our company and generate interest in roofing and exterior projects.
• Set appointments and help move qualified leads through the sales process.
• Learn how to manage customer relationships, project details, and follow-up communication.
• Grow into a Project Manager role by gaining experience in sales, coordination, and client service.
