We're seeking individuals with a strong work ethic, multitasking ability, and excellent organizational skills to help expand our premium ride service into new markets. As a local operator, you’ll be empowered to serve your community while building a business with real impact.
Oversee Tina’s Taxi branded van(s) and garage(s) within your region
Provide full transportation services 24/7, including:
Airport transfers
Medical appointments
Stranded motorists
Emergency deliveries
Leisure rides
Designated driver services
Begin by handling all driving duties until demand supports hiring additional drivers
Recruit, train, and lead your own driver team—ensuring they meet Tina’s Taxi’s high standards for safety, reliability, and friendliness
Manage basic business operations: scheduling, budgeting, inventory, and customer records
Promote and explain the Tina’s Taxi app to customers and train your team to do the same
Build strong customer loyalty and community awareness with exceptional service and local outreach
Be active in your community to grow awareness and usage of our services
A clean driving record for the past five years (no exceptions)
Willingness to undergo a national background check and drug screening
Proven phone and email professionalism
Familiarity with Waze or GPS navigation tools
At least three years of experience in management, transportation, hospitality, or a related field
Full financial support for your local launch
Existing business leads and drivers (where available)
