Are you an entrepreneurial self-starter with a passion for customer service and community connection? Tina’s Taxi is offering a unique opportunity to manage and grow a local service hub in your own geographic area—no upfront capital required.

We're seeking individuals with a strong work ethic, multitasking ability, and excellent organizational skills to help expand our premium ride service into new markets. As a local operator, you’ll be empowered to serve your community while building a business with real impact.

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee Tina’s Taxi branded van(s) and garage(s) within your region

• Provide full transportation services 24/7, including:

  • Airport transfers

  • Medical appointments

  • Stranded motorists

  • Emergency deliveries

  • Leisure rides

  • Designated driver services

• Begin by handling all driving duties until demand supports hiring additional drivers

• Recruit, train, and lead your own driver team—ensuring they meet Tina’s Taxi’s high standards for safety, reliability, and friendliness

• Manage basic business operations: scheduling, budgeting, inventory, and customer records

• Promote and explain the Tina’s Taxi app to customers and train your team to do the same

• Build strong customer loyalty and community awareness with exceptional service and local outreach

• Be active in your community to grow awareness and usage of our services

Requirements:

• A clean driving record for the past five years (no exceptions)

• Willingness to undergo a national background check and drug screening

• Proven phone and email professionalism

• Familiarity with Waze or GPS navigation tools

• At least three years of experience in management, transportation, hospitality, or a related field
