About Us

GNC Community FCU is a strong financial institution with assets of over $ 70,000,000 and in many aspects has exceeded the financial norms of and to become a very strong organization. We rank high within our peers in many areas. GNC is a member of the Shenango Valley Chapter of Credit Unions which incorporates over 10 credit unions in Mercer, Venango and Lawrence counties. GNC was voted the best of the best for over 15 years here in New Castle and second for over all lending, this truly accounts for something during this unyielding financial economy.


The most important product is our loyalty to our GNC members. Mindful of this, we have consistently paid a higher dividend, kept low loan rates, keeping up with the ever changing technology world making sure we offer the newest and best services we can for our membership. We will remain strong and we will keep our motto “We will survive”.
