(LCDAC) is a Pennsylvania non-profit organization, acting as a single-county authority to provide planning, organization, monitoring and funding of drug and alcohol services. Sources of funding include federal and state grants. LCDAC also provides drug and alcohol case management, prevention, intervention, student assistance programs, and recovery support services.
