Our mission is to connect Job Seekers, Employers, and Educators with the workforce resources, training, and support they need to thrive. As the designated Workforce Development Area (WDA) serving Lawrence County and Mercer County in Western Pennsylvania, we oversee regional workforce initiatives, administer funding, and partner closely with PA CareerLink® centers in New Castle and Sharon.
