About Us

Founded in 1895 by Joseph C Williams, Elizabeth B Williams and Chester A Cleaveland, WILIAMS-CLEAVELAND COMPANY started selling insurance from an office in downtown New Castle, Pennsylvania. Jack Lebby joined the firm and helped to incorporate it in 1925. Jack's son, Marvin S Lebby, began working at the office in 1954. Marvin's son Glenn S Lebby, CPCU, CWCA has been with the Agency since 1982, making him the third generation of the Lebby family in the business. In January 2003 the Agency became a franchise of Keystone Insurers Group. This affiliation with a strong network of over 200 top-tier insurance agencies allows access to many exclusive programs and many additional markets. In 2012, the agency moved out of downtown to a highly visible, street front location on Wilmington Road in Neshannock Township. The agency has grown to be one of the top independent insurance agencies in the Lawrence County area.

WILLIAMS-CLEAVELAND COMPANY has been servicing clients since 1895 and has expanded to include Financial Services in 2011. We now offer a complete line of Financial Services products, including retirement, investment, college planning, life insurance and long-term care insurance.
