I hope this message finds you well. My name is Gloria Da Silva, and I am the Program Director of Sovereign Worldwide Martial Arts. We specialize in youth development, mentoring, and character-building programs designed to help children grow into confident, respectful, and resilient young leaders.

I’m reaching out to offer something special to your team and their families. Sovereign Worldwide Martial Arts would love to provide complimentary youth workshops for the children of your employees. Session Options:
• 1:00 pm – Bullying Prevention Workshop
• 4:00 pm – Confidence-Building Workshop

The workshops will take place at our dojo, located at:
101 S Mercer St, Suite #406
New Castle, PA 16101

Both workshops are designed for children ages 5 and older and are delivered in an engaging, age-appropriate format. Employees may register their children for either session, based on interest and availability.

Workshop Details:

Bullying Prevention Workshop (1:00 pm)
• Understanding what bullying is (and what it isn’t)
• Practical strategies for responding to bullying with confidence and self-control
• Learning how to be an upstander, not a bystander
• Building emotional awareness and respectful communication

Confidence-Building Workshop (4:00 pm)
• Developing self-confidence and a positive self-image
• Learning how to speak up, set boundaries, and express themselves respectfully
• Strengthening focus, self-discipline, and emotional resilience
• Encouraging leadership skills and personal responsibility
